The 2012 Herb Cleaver Memorial Predicted Log Race will be held on Lake Washington on May 19, 2012.
The course is being laid and documents are being prepared for the benefit of improving our skills of navigation. CYA skippers and navigators know they have important vessels of history to protect and care for, and realize that discovering the accuracy of instruments, boat performance, and course plotting come together in running a predicted log race. Fashioned on the predictable waters of Lake Washington, the conditions are ideal for all skippers, whether experienced or novice, to improve skills and discover what's new with their vessel's performance. The fleet's team of experienced mentors are on hand to help all of us. You will not be disappointed. Prizes to the winners are secondary to the knowledge gained. The opportunity is here. Join us for a great event.
