Dawn Patrol is a 65' flush deck Motoryacht built by John Trumpy and Sons in Annapolis, MD in 1965. The yacht spent the first 25 years of life on the East Coast and Florida. In 1991, she motored through the Panama Canal and then cruise the NW US and Canada. In May of 2015 she was purchased by Jeffrey and Ernest Sturm of Portland, OR, after being moored in Port Ludlow, WA for 10 years.
In the Fall of 2015, Dawn Patrol was moved to Sidney, BC, where she underwent a total restoration led by Raven Marine Services along with Jesperson Wooden Boat Builders. The restoration included major repairs to the hull, keel, and stuffing boxes, along with overhauling both engines.
